"For 7 years we have come regularly to the Alpenhotel Zimba. Right from the beginning we have felt completely at home in the well managed, traditional house of the Family Huber.

A genuine highlight of the hotel is young Bernhard's cooking. After several years apprenticeship working abroad, his cooking is creatively light, but also solid and tasty. His regional and Mediterranean theme buffets are unforgettable.

Not long ago a guest from the Kanton St. Gallen said about the Huber fondue, that even in France or Switzerland you would have to go a long way, to find this refinement of palate."
