The excellent cuisine is one of the reasons why the Alpenhotel Zimba enjoys such popularity. Bernhard Huber is in charge of the kitchen. After studying and travelling abroad, the son of the house returned to spoil the Zimba guests with his classic Austrian dishes, specialities from Vorarlberg and varied international menus. For the children there are, of course, separate menus. If you have special meal requests, allergies or intolerances please let us know before your arrival.
The Zimba half board package includes a rich breakfast with regional products. Egg dishes, on request, are specially prepared at the buffet. In the afternoon a snack is available. In the evening Zimba guests enjoy a 4 course gourmet dinner with fresh salad and appetizers from the buffet, a choice of 2 main courses and a dessert. There is a choice of fine wines, local beers, juices and lemonade to finish off your meal.
