We are happy for you to pay your bill in cash or with an EC card and we ask for your understanding that we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

In the interests of all guests, dogs can only be accepted in certain areas or rooms of the hotel. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the Zimba Spa. Please bring food, a drinking bowl and a dog blanket for your four-legged friend.

Please let us know with your request if you are bringing your dog with you. Price per night and dog is € 15.

Our reception can be reached daily between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

You can cancel your booked services free of charge up to 2 months before the start of your vacation.

Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the booked arrangement price.

Up to 1 week before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the booked arrangement price.

Cancellation fees of 90% of the total amount apply within the last week before arrival.

In order to protect yourself against possible cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance (e.g. Hotelstorno Plus).

Since up to 90% of the booked arrangement price can be incurred in the event of a cancellation, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Here you will find the opportunity to take outhotel cancellation insurance for your stay with us.

Prices in Euros, per person, per night plus local guest tax of 3,30 Euros per person per day from age 14 years.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked stay.

Likewise, we cannot reimburse meals that are not consumed.
