Booking information
In order to provide you with the best possible information in advance, we have put together some information for you here concerning booking and stay.
We look forward to your arrival and to pampering you at the Alpenhotel Zimba!
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement price.
We would be happy if you settle your bill in cash or with an EC card and ask for your understanding that we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
The rooms are available to our guests from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m.
In the interests of all guests, dogs can only be accepted in certain areas or rooms of the hotel. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the Zimba Spa.
Please let us know with your request if you are bringing your dog with you. Price per day and dog is € 5.
Our reception can be reached daily between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
You can cancel your booked services free of charge up to 3 months before the start of your vacation.
Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the booked arrangement price.
Up to 1 week before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the booked arrangement price.
Cancellation fees of 90% of the total amount apply within the last week before arrival.
In order to protect yourself against possible cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance (e.g. Hotelstorno Plus).
Since up to 90% of the booked arrangement price can be incurred in the event of a cancellation, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Here you will find the opportunity to take out hotel cancellation insurance for your stay with us.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked stay. Likewise, we cannot reimburse meals that are not consumed. Floor plans and room layouts can vary. All information is provided without warranty. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
Covid-19:
If your arrival is not possible due to Covid-19 regulations (lock-down, closure of borders, travel alert), the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (valid for reservations in summer 2020) respectively 30 days (valid for reservations in winter 2020/21).
Our employees wear a mouth and nose protection for a face shield and are being tested weekly for the corona virus.
